At Wike, we proudly design and ship all of our bicycle trailers from Guelph, Ontario, Canada to customers in the US. We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when ordering across the border—no guesswork, no surprises.

Wike Covers All Duties and Tariffs

For the foreseeable future, Wike will cover any duties or tariffs applied when your order enters the United States.

• No surprise customs fees
• No import charges added to your delivery
• No need to deal with brokers or paperwork

We handle all the cross-border logistics and costs on your behalf. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied if required by your state. If it's applicable, you'll see it calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If not, no extra tax will be added.

What About Import Fees?

U.S. Customs may technically assess duties or tariffs upon import (aka at the time it physically crosses the border into the USA) - but you don’t need to worry about it. Wike takes care of those costs 100%, directly through our carriers and shipping partners.

You won’t receive a customs invoice. You won’t be charged extra upon delivery. We handle it all.

Your Total is Final

Once you place your order, that’s it—no hidden charges, no post-order surprises. We believe in transparent pricing, and we stand behind it.
