Which cargo trailer is right for me?

We want you to be confident in your purchase! Think about what your day to day life looks like, and where a Wike might fit into it.

Simple grocery runs or now-and-then usage: the City Cargo or the Golf trailer are sweet picks for quick trips to the store, or occasional hauling of lighter cargo.

Consistent but varied usage: if you know you'll be using the trailer a lot, consider the Heavy-Duty Flatbed. This trailers' design offers a versatile and convenient transport options for everyday hauling, as well as bulkier, heavier loads.

Large, heavy items or hobby/small business needs: The Landscaping trailer is designed for yard work and other landscaping activities; put it to work however you need!

Specific Item or Uniquely Shaped Cargo: Consider our DIY cargo bicycle trailer kits - all the trailer hardware is included, simply use your own frame materials.

How do I attach the trailer to my bicycle?

It can be daunting when you're first getting started with bicycle trailers, so we've written a comprehensive guide just for you, check it out here. Wike bicycle trailers and the hitches they come with are designed to be super simple and quick to attach.

Can I use my Wike trailer with an e-bike?

Yes, Wike trailers can be used with e-bikes. Double check that your axle is compatible with a bike hitch first, though.

Note: Bicycle trailers should not travel faster than 16kph/12mph when transporting children or cargo, so be extra mindful of your speed.

How much does shipping cost? How fast can it arrive?

Shipping is free for orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 are a flat-rate of $15 USD for shipping.

We ship using UPS and FedEx; transit times vary between locations, but you can expect your shipment to arrive within 2-7 business days of placing your order. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Orders are shipped from 1 of our 2 North American Locations: Guelph, Ontario, Canada & Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA.

What if I need to return or exchange my trailer?

Returns for undamaged, unused products are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Read the rest of our return policy here. For damage or warranty related issues, we are ready to help - please reach out to us as soon as you can.
