      • All Wike products come with a comprehensive one-year warranty for parts.
      • This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions that may occur within the first year of ownership.
      • We will take care of repairs or replacement of parts due to manufacturing or workmanship issues at no additional cost.

    2. Lifetime Frame Warranty:

      • We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame of our products to the original owner.
      • As long as you own the product, we guarantee that the frame will remain structurally sound under normal usage conditions.
      • If any issues arise with the frame, we will repair or replace it to ensure your continued satisfaction.

    Exclusions:

    • The Wike Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

    Making a Warranty Claim:

    • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team.
    • Provide them with the necessary details and any supporting documentation, such as proof of purchase, photos, or videos that demonstrate the issue.
    • Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and ensure that your claim is handled promptly and efficiently.

    Limitations:

    • The Wike Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the product.
    • The warranty coverage is subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the product was originally purchased.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

- Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an eligible item for a refund or store credit, your return shipping label is covered at no additional cost.
- Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim and, upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
- Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in refund or store credit amounts.
- Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, you can still return your item. We will source a discounted return shipping label for you, and you can purchase it directly in the returns portal when starting your return.

Original Packaging

Items returned without their original packaging are still eligible for return but are subject to a repackaging fee of 15%, depending on the condition of the item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, whichever you choose when starting your return.

International Orders

Returns are available for orders shipped within the United States and Canada. We do not accept international returns outside of these countries. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
